Job Description

Impact Hub Lagos is looking for a Junior Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our visitor desk. As our Junior Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for members, guests, and partners, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, members, and guests to Impact Hub Lagos, directing them appropriately.
- Manage the main reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Provide general information about Impact Hub Lagos, its services, and community programs.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue temporary access passes when required.
- Support event coordination by assisting with visitor registration and logistical setup for on-site events.
- Liaise with internal teams (operations, community management) to ensure smooth communication and support.
- Proactively identify and address visitor needs and concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
