Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently collect, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and inter-office correspondence.
- Ensure timely and secure delivery of documents and packages to designated internal departments and external locations.
- Perform various administrative support tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Assist with the management and inventory of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Run essential errands both within and outside the office as requested.
- Maintain accurate records of mail and package deliveries.
- Provide general assistance to office staff and management as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
