As a Junior Office Hand, you will be the backbone of our administrative support, playing a critical role in maintaining an organized and efficient workplace. Key Responsibilities
- Operate photocopy and scanning machines with precision, ensuring high-quality reproductions and accurate digitization of documents.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail, inter-office documents, and packages efficiently and punctually.
- Perform various external errands, including delivering documents to clients or partners, and handling banking transactions.
- Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels of office supplies, such as photocopy paper, stationery, and other consumables.
- Ensure the general tidiness and organization of common office areas, including meeting rooms and reception.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required, demonstrating flexibility and a helpful attitude.
- Assist with the setup and dismantling of meeting rooms, ensuring equipment is in working order and refreshments are provided.
- Safeguard sensitive information and documents handled during photocopying, scanning, and distribution.
- Report any malfunctioning office equipment or issues promptly to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
