As a Junior Office Aide, you will play a vital role in connecting our office with external partners, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining an organized workspace. Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently run corporate errands, including bank deposits, mail collection/delivery, document filing, and procurement of office supplies.
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and inter-office correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with basic office maintenance tasks, ensuring a clean, tidy, and organized work environment at all times.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed, with strict adherence to confidentiality.
  • Liaise professionally with external vendors, clients, and partners during errand tasks, representing the company positively.
  • Maintain an accurate log of all errands completed, expenses incurred, and items delivered/collected for accountability.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring necessary refreshments are available for internal and external meetings.
  • Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures, particularly regarding security and confidentiality of sensitive documents and information.
  • Support other office staff with ad-hoc tasks and projects to ensure overall operational fluidity and team collaboration.
