Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, ATL, BTL).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Support the creation of engaging marketing content, including social media posts, website updates, and promotional materials.
  • Help manage and update customer databases and marketing collateral.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, gathering data and insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, customer service) to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
  • Organize and coordinate marketing events, promotions, and sponsorships.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.
  • Learn and apply marketing best practices and company guidelines under supervision.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Portuguese).
