Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the posting of job advertisements on various platforms and internal systems.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars and logistics.

  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment-related documentation.

  • Communicate professionally with candidates regarding their application status and interview arrangements.
  • Support the onboarding process by assisting with new hire paperwork and pre-employment checks.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events, job fairs, and campus outreach programs.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR recruitment team, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws during recruitment processes.
