Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior housekeeping and maintenance staff with daily tasks.
  • Conduct routine checks of hotel rooms and public areas for cleanliness, damage, and maintenance issues.
  • Log, track, and report all identified maintenance issues and repair requests accurately.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and basic maintenance tools.
  • Perform minor repairs or adjustments as instructed, under supervision (e.g., changing lightbulbs, tightening loose fixtures).
  • Ensure all cleaning and maintenance equipment is properly stored and maintained.
  • Support the preparation of rooms for guest arrival and assist with turn-down services as needed.
  • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards and protocols.

  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and concerns related to facility conditions.
