Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and partners to CcHUB, directing them appropriately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the reception area and common spaces.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meeting rooms, ensuring they are prepared and tidy for use.
  • Provide basic administrative support, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies.
  • Receive and dispatch mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Handle visitor registration and access control, adhering to company security protocols.
  • Answer general inquiries about CcHUB's services, events, and initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet browsing).
