Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior Field Service Engineers with the installation, configuration, and commissioning of various technical systems and equipment at customer sites.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance checks and basic diagnostics on existing systems under supervision.
- Learn to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve common technical issues, working alongside experienced technicians.
- Document all service activities, including work performed, parts used, and system status, accurately and promptly.
- Provide clear and professional communication to customers regarding service progress and solutions.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company procedures during on-site visits.
- Participate actively in all provided training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times, representing Bosch Service Solutions with excellence.
Required Skills
- Strong technical aptitude and a keen interest in electrical or mechanical systems.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and German.
- Valid German Class B driving license (or equivalent) and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of reliability, proactivity, and a strong work ethic.
- No specific prior professional experience required – comprehensive training will be provided.
