As a Junior Field Marketer, you will be the dynamic face of our client’s diverse range of brands, traveling from store to store, market to market, within the bustling Ajao Estate, Oshodi-Isolo area and potentially broader Lagos environs, to introduce new and existing products to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to conduct engaging and memorable product demonstrations, offer enticing samples, articulate product benefits with clarity, and gather crucial real-time feedback that helps shape future marketing and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Execute effective product sampling and demonstration activities in assigned retail outlets, supermarkets, and local markets.
- Engage actively and enthusiastically with potential customers, explaining product features, benefits, and answering all queries comprehensively.
- Distribute product samples and promotional materials accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper inventory management.
- Gather valuable customer feedback and insights on products, noting preferences, concerns, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a comprehensive daily log of activities, including stores visited, number of samples distributed, and key customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and weekly sampling targets, consistently striving to exceed expectations and contribute to overall sales objectives.
- Ensure promotional materials and sampling stations are always clean, well-organized, visually appealing, and professionally presented.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align field activities with broader campaigns and strategic objectives.
- Identify potential leads for sales follow-up based on high customer interest and engagement.
- Provide regular, detailed reports on field activities, emerging market trends, and competitive analysis to management.

- Previous experience (even informal) in product sampling, direct sales, customer service, or promotional roles.
- Familiarity with the Ajao Estate, Oshodi-Isolo area and local market dynamics.
- Proficiency in local Nigerian languages (e.g., Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa) is a significant advantage.
- Ability to use basic digital tools for reporting (e.g., smartphone apps, simple spreadsheets).
