Key Responsibilities
- Operate basic production machinery and equipment under supervision, adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Perform manual tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, and packing products efficiently and safely.
- Conduct quality checks on products at various stages of the production line to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and general factory premises.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and health regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines as required.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns to the line supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets.
- Support inventory management by assisting with material handling and stock rotation.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills (reading, writing, and simple calculations).

Preferred Qualifications
