Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior engineers in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical equipment and installations.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to technical discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
  • Support the installation and commissioning of electrical systems on-site or in the factory.
  • Learn and apply new technologies and methodologies in electrical engineering.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, software developers, and project managers.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of electrical circuits, power systems, and control theories.
  • Proficiency in electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Fluent in Polish, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or project experience in an industrial or engineering environment.
  • Familiarity with PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) or industrial automation concepts.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC, EN).
