As a Junior Data Analyst – Reporting Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our data analysis initiatives by assisting in the collection, processing, and interpretation of various datasets. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various internal and external sources.
- Support the creation and maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
- Help in developing dashboards and data visualizations to present insights clearly and effectively.
- Perform basic data quality checks and identify discrepancies or errors in datasets.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to understand reporting requirements and data needs of different business units.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance data analysis and technical skills.
- Document data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes for future reference.
- Contribute to ad-hoc data analysis projects as required, providing support to the wider team.
- Learn and apply basic SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic functions)
