Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of various dishes, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner items.
  • Support the kitchen team in managing food orders for both in-room dining and restaurant service.
  • Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepped according to recipe specifications and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the kitchen at all times.
  • Monitor food stock levels and communicate inventory needs to the Head Chef.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment responsibly and safely.

  • Contribute to menu development discussions and provide creative input where appropriate.
  • Collaborate effectively with all kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Learn and master new culinary techniques and recipes as guided by senior chefs.
