Key Responsibilities
- Accurately upload and update product information, including descriptions, specifications, features, and pricing, onto the e-commerce platform.
- Source, process, and upload high-quality product images and videos, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and technical specifications for optimal web display.
- Conduct regular quality checks of existing product listings to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, outdated information, or broken links.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, merchandising, and procurement teams to ensure product content aligns with promotional campaigns, inventory updates, and new product launches.
- Assist in optimizing product descriptions, titles, and tags for basic search engine visibility (SEO) under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain an organized digital database of product assets and information, ensuring easy retrieval and efficient future updates.
- Monitor competitor websites for content best practices and emerging trends, suggesting improvements to our own listings and content strategy.
- Provide administrative support for various other e-commerce related tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the online store.
- Adhere strictly to all data entry protocols, content guidelines, and brand standards to maintain a consistent and professional brand image across the platform.
- Report any technical issues, system glitches, or discrepancies encountered on the e-commerce platform to the relevant IT or development team members for prompt resolution.
