Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior bartenders in the preparation and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently.
- Restock bar supplies such as spirits, mixers, fruits, and ice throughout shifts.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as liquor laws.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and promptly.
- Support the overall lounge operations during peak weekend hours, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
