Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior bakers in the preparation and production of various pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts, following established recipes and quality standards.
  • Measure and mix ingredients accurately, prepare doughs, batters, and fillings.
  • Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers safely and efficiently.
  • Decorate and finish pastries, ensuring appealing presentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with food safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and report needs to supervisors.
  • Adhere strictly to morning production schedules to ensure timely availability of fresh products.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production goals.
