Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general office administration tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Support in data entry and maintaining accurate records within our internal systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and physical mail.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and taking minutes as required.
- Provide front desk support, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries professionally.
- Help manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative workflow.
- Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by senior administrative staff.
