Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the filing, scanning, and organizing of physical and digital documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Support various departments with document retrieval and archiving requests.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries as required.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all company documents.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory related to paperwork (e.g., printer paper, folders).
- Learn and adhere to company-specific administrative procedures and policies.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support office operations.
