Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports as directed by senior accountants.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry for all financial transactions into accounting software.
- Maintain and reconcile ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash transactions, ensuring proper documentation.
- Prepare bank deposits and assist with bank reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Ensure all financial records are organized, easily retrievable, and comply with company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and inquiries.
- Perform general administrative duties within the finance department as required.
