Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior accountants with day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and journal postings.
- Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Maintain organized financial records, both physical and digital.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with team members on various accounting projects and tasks.
- Learn and apply company accounting policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.
- Utilize accounting software to process transactions and generate reports.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
