Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships within the Mission District, proactively identifying and addressing their financial needs.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth financial reviews to understand clients' current financial situations, future goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Present and implement comprehensive financial solutions, including banking products, lending options, investment strategies, and wealth management services.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., investment advisors, mortgage bankers, business bankers) to deliver integrated financial advice and solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance standards, internal policies, and risk management guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional client service, resolving inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to better advise clients and identify opportunities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for JPMorgan Chase within the local community.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, banking, or wealth management, with a proven track record in a client-facing relationship management role.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate, manage, and grow a book of business.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including consumer lending, investments, deposits, and digital banking solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Proven sales acumen and a consultative approach to client engagement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or Series 63 and 65) licenses.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CFP, CIMA).
  • Experience working with clients in the San Francisco Bay Area, particularly within diverse urban communities.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) is a plus, given the Mission District's diverse population.
