Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, preparation, and distribution of various marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, digital content, and presentations, ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
  • Support local branch marketing campaigns and promotional events, from initial planning to execution and post-event analysis.
  • Manage and update client databases and mailing lists for targeted communication efforts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations) to align marketing activities with business objectives and client needs.
  • Help organize and facilitate client appreciation events, seminars, and community outreach programs.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify local demographic trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Provide administrative support to the branch manager and other team members related to marketing and client engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor social media presence for the branch, engaging with local content and ensuring positive brand representation.
  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal guidelines.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns, assisting in data collection and analysis.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
