Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients with various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and account maintenance.
- Educate clients on JPMorgan Chase products and services, identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships.
- Process client requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Handle and resolve client complaints with empathy, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of banking operations, policies, and security procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance overall client satisfaction.

Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.).
