Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments, including market risk, credit risk, operational risk, and liquidity risk, across various business units and financial products.
 - Develop, maintain, and enhance risk models, methodologies, and analytical tools to quantify and predict potential exposures.
 - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risk factors, presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner.
 - Prepare detailed risk reports and presentations for senior management, regulatory bodies, and internal committees.
 - Monitor adherence to internal risk policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
 - Collaborate with internal audit, compliance, and other control functions to ensure a cohesive risk management approach.
 - Support the design and implementation of new risk management systems and processes.
 - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to proactively adjust risk frameworks.
 - Participate in ad-hoc projects and deep-dive analyses as required to address specific risk concerns.
 
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a risk management, finance, or analytical role within the financial services industry.
 - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex data.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
 - Solid understanding of financial products, markets, and risk management principles.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
 - Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
 - High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CFA) are a strong plus.
