Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned executives and teams, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, drafting responses as needed.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation, and process expense reports.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and events, including reserving venues, arranging catering, and distributing agendas.
  • Handle office supplies inventory, placing orders, and ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Act as a liaison between executives, internal departments, and external clients, fostering positive relationships.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
