Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of high-net-worth clients, serving as their primary financial advisor.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships through proactive outreach and networking.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and needs assessments to understand client goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations.
- Propose and implement tailored financial solutions, including investment strategies, wealth management, lending, and trust services.
- Collaborate with internal product specialists (e.g., investment strategists, credit advisors, estate planners) to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Ensure all client activities and transactions adhere to regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
- Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and changes in financial regulations to provide informed advice.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and performance reviews to clients regularly.
- Represent J.P. Morgan Chase at industry events and community functions to enhance brand visibility and cultivate new leads.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 3 years in a client-facing relationship management role.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets, investment products, wealth planning strategies, and banking services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems.
- Relevant financial licenses and certifications (e.g., CSC, CFP, CIM).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Additional advanced certifications such as CFA or similar professional designations.
- Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Familiarity with the Saanich and Greater Victoria market.
