Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to uncover business opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and present findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data models, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis, business intelligence, and financial technologies.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
