Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashing checks.
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve service issues, and escalate complex matters as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a positive and professional image of the bank.
- Assist customers with self-service banking options and digital tools.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or cash handling
