Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues to internal employees.
  • Assist in setting up, configuring, and deploying new workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on IT equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity problems (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi) and escalate complex issues.
  • Document IT support incidents, resolutions, and procedures accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff on larger projects and system upgrade initiatives.
  • Educate users on basic IT security practices and proper equipment usage to minimize risks.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
  • Familiarity with common office software suites (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical, methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
