Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to internal employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
- Perform initial troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of common IT problems, including password resets, account lockouts, application support, peripheral connectivity, and basic network issues.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior IT staff or specialized support teams with clear, detailed documentation and communication.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment, ensuring functionality and adherence to company standards.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up new user accounts, configuring workstations, and managing equipment returns.
- Document all support interactions, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and IT procedures accurately and thoroughly within the ticketing system (e.g., Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow).
- Conduct routine system health checks and perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability of IT assets.
- Educate users on best practices for IT security, system usage, and available IT resources.
- Participate actively in various IT projects as needed, contributing to infrastructure improvements, system rollouts, and technology upgrades.
- Manage IT inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of hardware and software assets.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with computer hardware components and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge of fundamental networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative member of a team.
- Demonstrated eagerness and aptitude to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving technical environments.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or technical certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+).
- Prior experience in a customer service, help desk, or technical support role.

- Basic knowledge of Active Directory user and computer management.
- Understanding of IT security best practices and data privacy principles.
- Proficiency in Hebrew is a plus, but not strictly required.
