Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues reported by internal users.
- Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot problems via phone, email, and in-person support, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Log, track, and manage all IT support requests using our helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Support users with common software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, operating systems, and other business-specific tools.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting, including connectivity tests, IP configuration, and identifying common network issues.
- Collaborate with senior IT specialists to escalate complex technical problems and learn advanced resolution techniques.
- Educate users on best practices for IT security, data protection, and efficient use of technology resources.
- Participate in IT asset management, including inventory tracking, equipment deployment, and end-of-life procedures.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge base articles for common issues.
- Actively participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and stay updated with new technologies and industry best practices.
