Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of complex IT projects, adhering to established methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, realistic budgets, and efficient resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues proactively, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members, diverse stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial objectives are met within allocated resources.
- Ensure strict compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular, insightful project status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership, providing clear updates on progress and challenges.
- Conduct thorough post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement in future initiatives.
- Champion continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and techniques across the organization.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager.
- Strong understanding and practical application of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana, Confluence).
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical decision-making capabilities under pressure.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and system integration principles.
- Eligibility for TN Visa status (U.S. Citizen with relevant degree/experience as per NAFTA/USMCA requirements).
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification.
