Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of IT systems, infrastructure, and services, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
  • Lead and mentor a team of IT specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment with the support of provided management training.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and optimized.
  • Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security best practices to protect company data and assets.
  • Provide advanced technical support and guidance to internal teams, efficiently resolving complex IT issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Monitor IT budgets and expenditure, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements within your domain.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide effective, scalable solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for IT processes and infrastructure, leveraging industry best practices.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development, utilizing the provided training programs to enhance both management and technical skills.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for future IT infrastructure and service enhancements.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in IT support, system administration, network administration, or a related technical IT role.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, databases, virtualization, cloud fundamentals).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting and incident resolution.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, management methodologies, and the unique challenges of a global tech company.
  • Basic understanding of IT security principles, data protection regulations, and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Hebrew language proficiency is a significant advantage for local team interaction.
