Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and hardware components.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within Active Directory and other identity management systems.
  • Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups to ensure system reliability and data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi) and collaborate with network teams when necessary.
  • Document IT procedures, solutions, and system configurations accurately.
  • Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
  • Monitor IT infrastructure for performance, security, and availability.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on IT best practices and new technologies.
  • Adhere to IT security policies and procedures to protect company data and assets.

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Familiarity with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
