Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and strategic presentations for clients.
- Conduct in-depth industry and company-specific research to support transaction teams.
- Participate in due diligence processes, analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Contribute to the drafting of pitch books, information memoranda, and other marketing materials.
- Support senior bankers in all phases of transaction execution, from origination to closing.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including M&A, equity capital markets, and debt capital markets.
- Attend client meetings and internal strategy sessions to gain deeper insights into live transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (expected to graduate in 2025 or 2026).
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous internship experience in finance, consulting, or a related field.
- Academic focus in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with financial databases such such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or Capital IQ.
- Strong academic record, typically a 2:1 or equivalent (or GPA of 3.5+).
- Fluency in additional languages relevant to global markets.
