Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and strategic presentations for clients.
  • Conduct in-depth industry and company-specific research to support transaction teams.
  • Participate in due diligence processes, analyzing financial statements and market data.
  • Contribute to the drafting of pitch books, information memoranda, and other marketing materials.
  • Support senior bankers in all phases of transaction execution, from origination to closing.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including M&A, equity capital markets, and debt capital markets.
  • Attend client meetings and internal strategy sessions to gain deeper insights into live transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (expected to graduate in 2025 or 2026).
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial concepts and corporate finance principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and teamwork capabilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous internship experience in finance, consulting, or a related field.
  • Academic focus in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with financial databases such such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or Capital IQ.
  • Strong academic record, typically a 2:1 or equivalent (or GPA of 3.5+).
  • Fluency in additional languages relevant to global markets.
