Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments or directly to clients, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining organized digital files using Intuit's internal systems and common office software.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries, directing questions to appropriate teams or providing first-line support.
- Help facilitate virtual meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members through various communication tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
- Perform research tasks and compile information as requested to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to developing more efficient workflows.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for team members or clients as needed.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or virtual assistant role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, showing initiative and self-motivation.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
