Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate technical support to Intuit customers via phone, chat, and email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Intuit software products (QuickBooks, TurboTax, Mint).
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring clear understanding and resolution.
- Document all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or specialized teams when necessary.
- Stay current with product updates, new features, and changes in software functionality.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic service.
- Identify and report recurring technical issues or trends to improve product quality and customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data privacy and security protocols.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role.
