Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, risk logs, and status reports.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Monitor project progress and track key milestones, providing regular updates to Project Managers and relevant stakeholders.
- Identify potential project risks and issues, escalating concerns to the Project Manager and contributing to mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting materials.
- Manage and organize project resources, including tracking resource allocation and availability.
- Support the creation of presentations and reports for project reviews and stakeholder briefings.
- Ensure all project activities comply with Intuit's standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes and tools.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a technology or financial services environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- A strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
