Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support various teams and departments.
  • Manage and organize office documents, files, and records, both physical and digital.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating calendars for team members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
  • Prepare basic reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and facilitate procurement when necessary.
  • Provide front-desk support, welcoming visitors and directing inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate databases.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal events and team activities.
  • Learn and effectively utilize Intuit's internal software and communication tools.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (bilingualism is essential for Quebec).
