Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models, reports, and dashboards to track key business metrics and product performance.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions and product improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define analytics requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
- Perform A/B test analysis and provide recommendations based on experiment results to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across various data sources, implementing best practices for data governance.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop and maintain robust ETL processes to support data collection and reporting needs.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights clearly.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, AWS Redshift).
- Experience in the FinTech or SaaS industry.
- Master's degree in a quantitative field.
- Proficiency in French and English.
