Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, remote customer support via phone, chat, and email for Intuit products (QuickBooks, TurboTax, Mint, etc.).
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, product inquiries, and account-related concerns efficiently and empathetically.
- Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices to maximize their experience and foster self-sufficiency.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed customer records within our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including product development and engineering, to escalate complex issues and provide seamless resolutions.
- Continuously stay up-to-date with product changes, service updates, industry trends, and evolving support best practices.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring data privacy and security.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year (12 months) of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine passion for helping others navigate and overcome challenges.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers) and a willingness to learn new software rapidly.
- Dedicated, quiet home office space with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a conducive working environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, TurboTax, other accounting platforms) or basic accounting principles.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a significant asset.
