Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance across various Intuit products (e.g., TurboTax, QuickBooks, Mint) via phone, chat, and email.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns, diagnose issues, and provide clear, concise, and accurate solutions.
  • Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices to maximize their success.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems to specialized teams when necessary.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new features and policy changes.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience and product offerings.
  • Identify and escalate trends in customer issues to help improve product and service quality.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with financial software or tax preparation tools.
  • Familiarity with Intuit products (TurboTax, QuickBooks, Mint).
  • Experience in a call center or remote customer support setting.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field.
