Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional multi-channel support (phone, chat, email) to Intuit customers, addressing product inquiries, technical issues, and general support needs for products like QuickBooks and TurboTax.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues accurately and efficiently, leveraging internal tools, comprehensive knowledge bases, and collaborative team resources.
- Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices to maximize their success and understanding of Intuit's diverse offerings.
- Document all customer interactions, reported issues, and resolutions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams, including product development and engineering, to escalate complex issues and provide valuable customer feedback for continuous product improvement.
- Maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction through professional, empathetic, and knowledgeable assistance.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on product changes, new features, and industry best practices.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and support in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a client services, technical support, or call center role, preferably within the software or financial services industry.

- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and ticketing systems.
- Post-secondary education in business, finance, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles or tax preparation concepts.
