Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained according to Intel standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes and engineering methodologies.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and apply them to future projects.
- Facilitate technical discussions and problem-solving sessions to overcome engineering challenges.
- Manage vendor relationships and external contractors as required for project execution.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in managing complex engineering projects within a technology or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
