Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion product strategy, roadmap, and vision for assigned product lines, ensuring alignment with Intel's broader strategic goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and uncover unmet needs.
- Translate high-level market requirements and detailed user needs into clear, actionable product specifications, epics, and user stories for engineering and development teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure seamless product development, successful launches, and effective market penetration.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation, definition, development, testing, launch, to post-launch monitoring and end-of-life planning, ensuring optimal product performance and market fit.
- Develop compelling value propositions, comprehensive messaging, and robust go-to-market strategies for new products and feature enhancements.
- Monitor product performance metrics, customer satisfaction, and overall market trends to drive continuous improvement, foster innovation, and identify new growth avenues.
- Act as a charismatic product evangelist, effectively presenting product vision, strategy, and features to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive product backlog prioritization and sprint planning in agile development environments, optimizing resource allocation and development velocity.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the technology or semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) and agile development methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, market-facing product requirements and user stories.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate vision and strategy to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders without direct formal authority.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of data-driven decision making.
- Familiarity with Intel's product portfolio and foundational semiconductor technologies.
- Proficiency in market analysis tools, customer feedback platforms, and strategic planning methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience with emerging technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or data center infrastructure.
- Prior experience successfully launching hardware or software products to market at scale.
- Certifications in Product Management (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, CSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager).
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with diverse teams and objectives.
