Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom or lab environment according to established procedures.
- Perform routine inspections, tests, and preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Meticulously collect, record, and analyze data related to production processes and equipment status.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic equipment malfunctions, escalating complex issues to senior technicians or engineers.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, quality standards, and cleanroom procedures, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
- Support engineers in process improvement initiatives, data gathering, and experimentation.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of work performed, observations, and process deviations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, engineers, and other departments to achieve production goals.
- Actively participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Required Skills
