Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large, complex datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and underlying relationships.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical problems.
- Conduct statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and A/B testing to inform strategic decisions and optimize business processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and team members in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytical initiatives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and automation.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, new analytical tools, and data science methodologies.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with at least one programming language for data analysis (e.g., Python, R).
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques and data modeling principles.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a quantitative field.
