Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned teams and individuals, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and format various documents, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as needed, and ensuring common areas are organized and well-maintained.
