Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management and team members, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense report processing.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, distributing materials, and recording minutes.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the office environment is organized and well-maintained.
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, directing communications to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including workstation setup and initial orientation support.
- Coordinate company events, team-building activities, and special projects as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all administrative tasks with discretion and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of administrative assistant experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field.
- Experience working within the technology or semiconductor industry.
